Updated Information On The Revised Legends Drive Special Tax District Petition
 

Please refer to a communication sent yesterday to your POA/HOA board of directors, and also posted on Facebook group page Legends Drive News and website LegendsDrive.com. This communication is also shown below for your reference.

A revised petition will be made available to the communities today, and is to be reviewed thoroughly, especially by electors who will resign the petition at the Parkland clubhouse. No one should resign the petition unless they have read and fully understand its content. The only changes to the original petition is the removal of PIN number ranges, which are unnecessary, and the refinement of a few properties to align with the boundary map.

To: All Legends Drive Communities 

 

We are asking all those who have already signed the petition to resign a revised petition for a Legends Drive Tax District.

​

We need signatures on a revised petition to ensure a typographical error does not become an issue after the election process.

​

Please come by the Parkland clubhouse between 1pm and 7pm this Friday, 4/19 or between 10am and 4pm Saturday 4/20, where a revised petition and revised signature pages will be available. We will also make the new petition available to all tomorrow.

​

Everything else is still on schedule at this time, so this precaution should not impact the timing of future events.
